Monthly or yearly billing -- yearly is billed once a year at a lower effective rate than paying monthly. Card required at sign-up, no trial. Compute is billed separately by whichever provider you connect.

Frequently asked
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Billing. Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically, so an upgrade mid-cycle only charges the difference for the rest of the period.
What happens if I cancel?
Your server keeps running exactly as deployed. You lose the DotDeployer dashboard -- logs, one-click rollback, alerts -- but not the app or the server itself, which is still yours.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Cancel any time and you won't be billed again, but past charges are not refunded.
Is an upgrade pro-rated?
Yes. Moving from Starter to Growth or Growth to Pro mid-cycle is pro-rated automatically through Stripe's customer portal -- you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.
Is the server cost included in the plan price?
No. You pay your cloud provider -- Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or whichever of the six you connect -- directly for the server. DotDeployer's price above is only for the control plane.
